Tami Tumblison
Ken & I have been working together since the beginning. We met as teenagers, when we worked together at Pizza Hut and we married in 1988. After that I was employed at McAlpins Department store, where I loved working with my clientele to find the products that met their needs. Later, we had 2 sons & I was fortunate to be a stay at home parent until they reached high school. During this time, Ken started Tumblison Construction Services and I have been the behind the scenes office manager for the last 19 years. Through the years we have vacationed in Gatlinburg, TN & I have always had a special love of the log homes in the area. When the opportunity to become an independent dealer for Honest Abe Log Homes was presented to me, I was so excited! I get to blend my love of log homes & my enjoyment of helping people build their dream home. I am looking forward to owning my own business.
Ken Tumblison
Ken has been in the construction industry since he was young. He grew up working with his dad who was a successful home builder. After high school, he went into the plumbing trade and was educated on HVAC and electrical as well. He came back to his love of the building trade and opened Tumblison Construction Services in 2005. He is very knowledgeable in new construction, remodeling, and repair. He has the skills to be able to offer you general contracting, budget consulting, or on site construction consulting.
